What's the weirdest food you have eaten?

I have eaten live ants. I did this when living in the jungle for eight days. They tasted like peppermint. Quite tasty indeed! :)
Wow, I can't think of much. Some think octopus or seaweed is weird, but no so much here. I had a taste of someone's alligator meat in FL on a trip.
Snake is pretty weird... but tastes like chicken :-)
