5 maybe 10. Not like when I lived in Cali, there it's 15-20 over or you get run over.
On the highway, I try to stay within 5MPH with cruise control.
I shoot for 8 over. If you are five over, move to the right lane! :)
I've been in a bad car accident, so I drive about 2-5 over. Sorry!

5-10 over; try to stay with flow of traffic. In Chicago, I probably did 15-20 over so I didn't get run over. (same as Danelle!)
