Sea Cucumber muscle bands... I think I was in 2nd grade and my class went on an Argosy cruise in the sound. Some scuba diver caught one and we grilled up the muscle bands on the ship. As a 2nd grader it was awesome, as a grown up it was just weird. Didn't even taste like chicken... :)
I ate a kabob of beef heart in Peru. I drank some fermented sugar cane that they called "warapo." It was gross and very potent!

ReplyDelete@Jarrod - when you grow up eating dim sum, chicken feet are nothing special. kinda like hashbrowns at Denny's :P
