I would love to do Art or Music, because I appreciate them, but I don't really have a lot of talent in playing/singing, and all of my art is "abstract", so I don't know that I'd be very good at teaching either of those :P So, I'd say Math :)
Well no one seems to teach kids how to use their money, parents included. So I would teach a class on how money works, and have Dave Ramsey as a guest speaker every day.
